The Product Development Head will lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for Industrial & Warehousing business, including industrial parks, logistics parks, Grade-A warehouses, built-to-suit facilities, data center parks, and integrated industrial developments. The role will be responsible for conceptualizing products, conducting market and feasibility studies, driving master planning and design development, and ensuring commercially viable, customer-centric, and future-ready industrial assets.
Key Responsibilities
Product Conceptualization & Strategy
- Develop product strategies aligned with the company's industrial and warehousing growth plans.
- Identify market opportunities, emerging trends, and customer requirements across manufacturing, logistics, e-commerce, 3PL, and warehousing sectors. <...
