Job Description
Oversees all aspects of the process to develop new products and its launch to market, including but not limited to the following:
- Conducts market researches and studies existing studies and market literature and trends to come up with new product ideas and concepts
- Leads the conceptualization and development of new products, expansion and enhancement of existing products
- Defines the product vision and strategy, including their relationship with the existing products and brands.Work with the rest of the marketing team on brand architecture
- Works closely with plant and marketing personnel to understand customer needs and marry with plant and technical capabilities, as well as meet market expectations
- Creates and implement an effective product development process to ensure timely product launches (from product development, packaging design, launch to market, etc.)
