- As a Electrical Failure Analysis Engineer, you will be responsible for customer return analysis for automotive microcontroller products. You will work on understanding and reproducing customer-reported failures, performing in-depth technical analyses using advanced tools and equipment and providing expert guidance to ensure efficient resolution and continuous improvement.
- You will also apply your technical knowledge to support Cost Reduction activities such as test time reduction, test yield improvement, qualify Fab sites and qualify manufacturing flow transfers (from high-cost manufacturing to lower cost location).
Requirements:
- Experience in electrical measurement methods: DC measurements, usage of oscilloscopes and frequency generators; physical background for semiconductor measurements
