Job Description
As a Product Growth Lead , you will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and monetisation across Dubizzle’s platform through data-driven product initiatives and experimentation. You will own the growth roadmap, partnering with product, engineering, design, and marketing teams to identify opportunities, run experiments, and ship features that move key growth metrics. Additionally, you will work on funnel analysis, identifying friction points, behavioural trends, and revenue opportunities to help the organisation make informed decisions. You will be involved in defining growth KPIs, building and analysing product data, monitoring performance through analytics and experimentation, and implementing improvements to support sustainable growth across the platform.
