Position Summary
Reporting to the Director, Product Management & Pricing, the Product Manager, Windows & Doors, is responsible for the overall management of assigned product lines, including portfolio planning, lifecycle management, and coordination of day‑to‑day product activities. This role partners cross‑functionally to execute short and long‑term strategies that support business growth, profitability, and customer experience.
Key Objectives and Responsibilities
Strategic Product Leadership
- Support the strategic priorities of the Ply Gem brand in Calgary, AB and North Star in Ontario, including sales and marketing assessments, R&D roadmap development, NPD, ECN, portfolio health, product rationalization, special products, and long‑term innovation planning.
