Role in a nutshell

• Full‑time, permanent role based in Hervanta, Tampere. Flexibility offered but regular on‑site presence expected.
• Salary range 4000–5000 €/month, depending on experience.
• Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Simucube’s flight simulator product line.
• Work at the intersection of engineering, sales, community, and go‑to‑market with real ownership and impact.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build a product line from scratch in a community that prizes authenticity and precision.
• Define the product vision and multi‑year roadmap, identifying target segments across general aviation, airliners, and military simulation based on market opportunity and technical feasibility.
