Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and prioritize the GRM product vision and roadmap
• Gather user insights and feedback from growers and regional teams
• Translate business needs into product requirements and stories
• Use user journey mapping to identify improvements
• Collaborate with teams in Agile delivery settings
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or Agriculture
• 5+ years in product management or digital roles
• Experience in global environments
