What youll do
- Own product areas end-to-end from idea → spec → launch → iteration
- Work closely with founders, engineers, and designers to ship features fast
- Translate messy real-world payroll/fintech problems into clear product decisions
- Talk to customers (founders, HRs, accountants) and turn insights into execution
- Define product requirements, workflows, and edge cases (yes, payroll has a lot)
- Drive weekly releases — speed matters more than perfection
