Job Description
As a Shopee Product Management Expert, you will play a crucial role in collaborating with stakeholders to review feature requests, provide UAT support, and manage end‑to‑end bug tracking. You will drive effective communication throughout the debugging process, identify and propose temporary solutions when needed, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth system operations and timely issue resolution.
Responsibilities
- Capable to complete UAT to certify the compatibility of the current environment.
- Can handle requests for feature improvement and be familiar with requirement management.
- Being able to understand the system, feature, and function mechanisms.
- Capable to identify the issue, reach out to PIC and create a potential work plan.
