Responsibilities
- Serve as the lead advocate and subject matter expert for all products within the assigned portfolio.
- Design and implement a strategic, cost-effective marketing plan, ensuring timely execution of all initiatives.
- Continuously assess and analyze internal and external factors impacting product performance, including market competition, pricing trends, regulatory guidelines, and distribution channels.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to create effective training programs and support the delivery of product training for Sales team members.
- Maintain regular engagement with Sales teams to strengthen and expand their product knowledge and capabilities.
- Establish and cultivate strong relationships with key opinion leaders in relevant specialty areas.
