What We Look For
The Blueprint: 4+ years of Product Management experience in Heavy Equipment dealerships, backed by a strong early career in Marketing.
Education: S1 Degree (Engineering preferred), verified under PDDIKTI.
Profile: 35–45 years old (Male preferred). An outgoing, adaptable, and proactive professional with excellent interpersonal skills.
Languages: Fluent in English to seamlessly collaborate with Caterpillar and internal leads.
Work Setup: Head Office based with business travel flexibility.
What You Will Do
Craft and implement integrated GTM and pricing strategies based on segment and TCO analysis.
Drive product marketing, manage retail/fleet campaigns, and optimize the end-to-end product lifecycle (from NPI to termination).
