The Product Manager, Production Finishing Services (PFS) owns the strategy, growth, and lifecycle management of SurfacePrep’s Production Services portfolio. This role translates customer production challenges—throughput constraints, compliance risk, quality variability, and capital limitations—into scalable, certified, production‑ready service offerings delivered across a multi‑site network.

Key Responsibilities
- Own the Production Finishing Services relaunch and growth roadmap, translating strategic objectives into executable product, commercial, and operational initiatives.
- Lead sales pipeline governance in WhiteCup CRM, including data hygiene, run‑rate logic, deal timing definitions, and standardized reporting.
- Build and maintain multi‑period demand and revenue forecasts aligned to historical run‑rates and production capacity.
