Responsibilities Develop product and market strategy aligned with company objectives Define and document product requirements derived from market needs Manage cross-functional teams in the development of OSS systems Drive R&D, feasibility studies, and testing (lab, site, and trials) Oversee full product lifecycle: planning, configuration, certification, launch, and continuous improvement Lead project management efforts scope, timeline, budget, risk, and resource control Engage stakeholders including clients, engineering, QA, marketing, and production Support go-to-market activities including Po Cs, product positioning, and messaging Ensure regulatory compliance and quality assurance throughout Required Experience Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, or related field 10+ years in product management, ideally in safety or mining tech 10+ years experience in the mining industry non-negotiable Proven knowledge of gas detection and environmental monitoring systems Strong technical pro...
