Responsibilities: 1. Define product strategy: Lead the development of the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for value-based care solutions within the platform, aligning with organizational goals, market trends, and customer needs. 2. Define and document product requirements in-line with the product vision and business goals: Whenever needed, translate high level product vision into actionable user stories, ensuring that product features are well-defined, user-friendly, and aligned with industry best practices. 3. Act as a Value-Based Care Subject Matter Expert (SME): Provide expertise and guidance to internal teams conducting product research, serving as a resource to help teams gain knowledge and insights related to value-based care models. 4.
