Product Officer (Service Assurance & Operations)

About the role
This role focuses on supporting service assurance and day-to-day product operations for enterprise solutions. You will work closely with Network, IT, and cross-functional teams to help manage product issues, service disruptions, and ongoing improvements.
The scope includes supporting product fixes, handling major service disruptions, and contributing to key initiatives such as platform transitions (including 2G sunset programs).
This role is best suited for candidates with hands-on experience in service operations or ITSM who are looking to grow into broader product roles.
What you will do
- Support the monitoring and resolution of product-related incidents and service disruptions
