Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Own and drive the Product Vision & long-term Roadmap, aligning with business goals
Define, prioritize, and manage the product backlog based on business impact, resources, and timelines
Collaborate with CEO, Business & DX teams to design product strategies, pricing models (subscription), and growth initiatives (upsell/cross-sell)
Analyze market trends and competitors in HRM, Payroll, ATS, and SaaS ecosystem
Gather insights from users, support channels, and data to improve product experience continuously
Partner closely with Engineering, QA, and Design teams to deliver high-quality features on time
Enable Sales & Customer Success teams with product knowledge and training to maximize customer impact
