Responsibilities
- Shape the strategic direction of the ServiceNow platform and advocate for its adoption across the organization.
- Provide governance and solution expertise to business units, implementation partners, and governance boards, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Manage the intake and prioritization of ServiceNow demands and requirements, and facilitate alignment within governance structures.
- Architect and design ServiceNow solutions that support strategic and operational goals; monitor implementation quality and lead integration testing when necessary.
- Coordinate platform rollouts and enhancements, working with relevant teams to uphold technical standards and best practices.
