Description: We are seeking an experienced
Product Owner
with deep domain expertise in
trade and communication surveillance
to lead the product vision, backlog prioritisation, and delivery roadmap for a major surveillance transformation program within a Tier-1 Australian bank. This role sits at the intersection of
regulatory compliance

technology delivery
, and
business stakeholder management
.
You will own the product backlog across three workstreams:
vendor platform implementation
(e.g., NICE Actimize, Behavox),
bespoke microservice development
(case management workbench), and the
ML/NLP detection model pipeline
. You will translate regulatory obligations into clear user stories, prioritise against risk-based outcomes, and ensure the delivered solution is
