About the Role

Join a high-growth, fast-moving team at the forefront of Keeta's digital operations in Brazil. You'll own end-to-end transformation projects, from designing workflows to building AI-powered tools with direct impact on merchant experience and platform scalability.

Responsibilities

  • Business Launch & Operational Foundation: Own the 0-to-1 launch of merchant onboarding and operations projects. Rapidly define, implement, and iterate operational workflows that directly support business growth targets building the foundation.
  • Digital Transformation & Tool-Based Scalability: Drive the end-to-end shift from manual to digital operations. Translate proven workflows into scalable, tool-based solutions, including AI-powered agents to build sustainable and self-running processes.
