*** NetDocs is a nice to have, but they need to have Document Management Systems Experience Act as a trusted, knowledgeable resource for NetDocuments and related document management applications, providing day-to-day functional support, guidance, and issue resolution to stakeholders. Support document governance and access management processes in line with client requirements, firm policies, and regulatory obligations. Where applicable, run ad hoc reports for NetDocuments and related document applications to support governance, compliance, and operational oversight. Create and manage NetDocuments security groups and other access controls to restrict and govern access to document content appropriately. Work with stakeholders to respond to operational requirements, triage issues, support routine service requests and changes, and capture enhancement needs where appropriate.
