The role of Product Specialist
This is an office based role supporting the Commercial & Sales teams to win new business.
In this role you will be providing product and pricing information to the Commercial Team and our clients customers. As a Product specialist you will enjoy researching products, reviewing specifications and pricing and recommending product selections.
Key Responsibilities of the Product Specialist
Identifying relevant suppliers, reviewing specifications, recommending products and suggesting alternatives, helping to maximise profitability whilst meeting customer expectations.
Preparing product and pricing information for quotations and bids.
Compiling technical documentation - MSDS, Technical Data Sheets, Certificates and similar
Responding to customer technical queries and seeing issues through to resolution
