Description
Responsible for providing day‐to‐day project and product support for marketed products.
Assists in developing and adding new products to be marketed.
Key Responsibilities
Works with product management to understand product changes and upcoming product launches and to communicate information to the region.
Serves as the first line of communication on all product issues, quality questions, and product returns.
Supports the region in resolving product issues/problems.
Assists in product launches and gathering information for the product development process.
Works with marketing services and regional offices to create locally tailored product brochures.
