Job Purpose
You will market personal line products to OCBC customers through outbound effort and handle inbound sales enquiries with high quality customer experience.
The Job- Convert leads provided by bank to sales through telemarketing
- Handle customer enquiries with confidence
- Correspond with customers through emails
- Liaise with internal departments on policy fulfillment
- Achieve sales target set out by business
- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma
- Applicants with the Certificate in General Insurance/ BCP & PGI will be preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to speak Mandarin will be an added advantage for Mandarin-speaking customers
- A good team player with ability to multitask and meets stringent service standards
- Well organized and systematic in work
- Keen to learn and positive work attitude
- Proficient in Microsoft office and AS400
