The role is responsible for providing advanced technical support and specialist expertise for tools control systems and related products. It plays a critical role in enhancing product performance, supporting field operations, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

- Provide support for internal and external customers including proper equipment operation, diagnosis and troubleshooting problems for field technicians
