Job Description

We’re hiring Product Support Specialists in the APAC region, specifically in Singapore or the Philippines.

This role follows a weekend day in exchange for a weekday off. Schedule: Tuesday‑Saturday or Sunday‑Thursday, with occasional adjustments for holidays or business needs. Day shift.

Responsibilities

Work closely with customers daily. Handle troubleshooting of integrations and guide customers through detailed workflows and best practices. Participate in projects to improve team effectiveness, such as:

  • Absorbing and synthesizing highly technical work from Engineering to create enablement for the broader Support Team.
  • Developing workflow automation to improve team cohesion and efficacy.
