We are looking for a talented **Product System Design Engineer** to join our team in **Engineering** in **De Pere, WI.**
**In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:**
+ **Drive timely resolution of VPI and field issues** by identifying root causes, recommending corrective actions, and owning design solutions through to closure.
+ **Deliver high-quality design decisions** by applying standard engineering processes (DFMEA, Design Reviews, validation checklists) and leveraging tools such as CREO and ANSYS.
+ **Strengthen product performance** by supporting concept selection, optimization, and specification development across components and subsystems.
+ **Influence cross-functional alignment** by communicating clear design intent through structured Design Review packages and engaging technical stakeholders.
