They are looking for a Product Trainer & Technical Support professional to support customers across Germany through on-site installations, hands-on trainings, and first-level technical support.
Core Responsibilities
- Perform on-site product installations and deliver in-person product trainings at customer locations.
- Conduct hands-on training sessions and workshops for groups of 5–10 participants.
- Provide 1st-level customer support, including basic troubleshooting, licensing, and configuration.
