A chemical manufacturing company is seeking a Product Training Specialist to join their EHS organization in the Woodlands, TX. This person will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training programs to support the successful adoption of the ServiceNow platform and associated workflows across global business units. This role will ensure that end users, business process owners, and stakeholders are equipped with the knowledge and tools needed to effectively use the new system. On a day to day basis, this person will be creating system and end-user documentation and training materials, liaising with SMEs/trainers across different business units, as well as the integration/implementation partner to understand the business requirements and applicable use of the ServiceNow tool. This person will be required to attend certain trainings as an extra layer of support, and provide occasional ad-hoc end-user support for ServiceNow related questions or issues....
