Job Description
You shall report directly to Production Superintendent
Report to:
- Check and approve employee hours daily.
- Support manufacturing time calculation for packaging operators.
- File orders and delivery notes.
- Manage production documents including contracts, schedules, contact lists
-Support to purchase of any material that using in production (cleaning material, office supply, etc)
-Data entry for productions of cigarette. (Overtime, upload data to Click Up)
-Ensure availability of production cleaning material.
-Documentation the hard copy of all production report
REQUIREMENTS:
-Minimum Diploma
-Computer literacy, fluent in English both oral and written
-Well know about production process
-Having experience in ERP system
