Prime Functions
Managing all personnel assigned to Test and Mechanical Assembly Department.Ensuring staff effectiveness and cost improvements.Managing Testing, Mechanical Assembly, and Service Sections according to guidelines from Prod. Manager.Analyzing product failure and feeding back the problem to the front line.Controlling all products yield to meet department goals.
