Job Description
Production Assistants collaborate closely with Photographers and the Inbound Team and play a key role in supporting ZALORA’s day-to-day studio operations.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and dependable, performs well under pressure, and can consistently meet tight deadlines.
Support day-to-day inbounding operations and studio workflow.
Prepare apparel, footwear, and accessories for photoshoots (steaming/organizing as needed).
Maintain and update files, trackers, and production records accurately.
Name, organize, and archive digital assets following established file conventions.
Mark up images with clear, detailed notes to support the retouching team.
Assist with overall inbound and outbound tasks as required.
