Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and skilled Production Assistant/ Production lead to support the planning, coordination, and supervision of production activities. The role requires strong technical knowledge, hands‑on management, and the ability to ensure production efficiency, quality, and adherence to project timelines for our repair vessels, conversion vessels and new building projects/modules for piping, inuslation and other mechanical jobs.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in preparing weekly and monthly production schedules to meet project deadlines.
- Monitor production progress against plan, ensuring timely completion of jobs.
- Allocate manpower including supervisors, technicians, welders, and other semi skill workforce as per project needs.
- Ensure all works meet Marine quality standards and follow approved SOPs and drawings.
