This Production Associate role supports a multi-faceted industrial coating operation by safely handling, preparing, masking, and packaging metal parts for finishing. You will work on the first shift in a hands-on manufacturing environment, contributing directly to the quality and on-time delivery of customer products across a wide range of industries.
**Responsibilities**
+ Rack, un-rack, and package customer parts according to work orders and established procedures.
+ Perform racking and unracking of finished and unfinished goods, including heavier products, while following all safety guidelines.
+ Mask parts to prevent specific areas from being coated, ensuring the finishing material is applied only where required.
+ Prepare parts for coating processes and ensure proper adhesion of materials.
