Production Associate

**General Production Worker – $19/HR**

**Location:** Hagerstown, MD

**Pay:** $19/hour + Overtime Available

**Shift:** 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (OT as needed)

**Job Duties**

+ Load and unload rebar and steel materials
+ Operate manual cutting equipment
+ Use overhead cranes to move materials
+ Measure and cut materials using a tape measure
+ Prep and stage materials for production
+ Keep work area clean and organized
+ Assist with general labor tasks as needed

**Requirements**

+ Ability to read a tape measure accurately
+ Basic math skills
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
+ Comfortable in a physical work environment
+ Reliable with a strong work ethic

**Preferred (Not Required)**

+ Manufacturing, construction, or general labor experience
+ Forklift or overhead crane experience
+ Experience with hand tools or machines
