● You must have a minimum of 5 years experience with Turkish Cuisine, in a fast pace high volume environment
Main Responsibilities of a Production Chef:
● Full ownership of production schedule in the commissary
● Recipe development
● Preparing workstations, cooking ingredients, and kitchen equipment for cooking.
● Cooking and arranging food.
● Recipe development, and execution
● Ability to train
