Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in production management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in the fertilizer or agricultural industry.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
