- Monitor and control daily production schedules to ensure on-time delivery
- Coordinate with related departments (e.g., warehouse, purchasing, QA) for smooth production flow
- Manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods
- Prepare production reports and analyze production performance
- Ensure efficient use of manpower, materials, and machines
- Handle production planning and capacity forecasting
- Support documentation related to production activities (e.g., work orders, reports)
- Communicate with suppliers or customers if necessary regarding delivery or production status
- Identify and solve production-related issues in a timely manner
- Assist in improving production processes for better efficiency and cost control
- After gaining experience in production management, the employee will also take on responsibilities related to Quality Assurance and Quality Control (QA/QC).
