Job Description
- Process Integrity: Ensure all products meet quality standards by strictly applying process controls and documenting results per QC procedures.
- Defect Management: Proactively identify the root causes of quality defects and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Operational Excellence: Operate all equipment and ensure it is operated according to verified SOPs. Monitor progress against the daily/shift plan and initiate problem-solving to ensure targets are met.
- Cost Efficiency: Minimize rework and waste through the effective allocation of resources and precise equipment setups, adjustments, and changeovers.
- Preventative Maintenance (PM): Execute and responsible for all PM and basic maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubrication, and scheduled inspections.
