Chart’s Production Coordinator position plays a key role in the manufacturing process of Chart’s products. This position will be responsible for 15 or more direct reports to help produce high quality manufactured products used all over the world. Positions are available in various areas for both day and night shifts.
**_What Will You Do?_**
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
+ Leads, directs, and coordinates the activities of hourly workforce
+ Review current blueprints, material requisition, etc.
+ Responsible for personnel items such as new hires, promotions, discharges, etc.
+ Monitors work areas
+ Vacation and attendance tracking/approval
+ Maintains all training documents
