Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders
Ensure continuous availability of raw materials to avoid production delays
Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
Support R&D and new product development by coordinating between design and production teams
Review technical drawings and assist in making on-site production decisions based on design requirements
Ensure proper execution of designs into final production with accuracy and quality control
Act as a bridge between the design department and production staff to ensure a clear understanding of specifications
Maintain complete production history and documentation for all products after client approval for future reference and mass production
