Roles and Responsibilities:
- Reports Daily Production Tasks and Goals before the beginning of the day
- Repots Daily production output / results at the end of the day
- Tracks materials daily, in charge of maintaining healthy stocks
- Compiles weekly and monthly reports
- Monitors production schedule with Production Team Leader and Management
- Informs status of what is on track or delayed
- Makes sure operations are at high efficiency between scheduling and output
- Collects data from Production Team Leader for reporting (Team member output, Quality Control Report, etc.)
Qualifications:
- Must have at least 1-2 years of experience in production planning, coordination, or administration
- Strong analytical and reporting skills (e.g., spreadsheets, Gantt charts, ERP systems)
