Job Description
The Production Coordinator is responsible for ensuring smooth daily production operations and worker welfare support.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:- Monitoring, checking, and collecting all incoming rebar documentation from suppliers and customers at the production receiving area, ensuring proper sorting and immediate issuance of work orders to the production supervisor.
- Accurately inputting, updating, and maintaining relevant data in the system.
- Managing worker timesheets and calculating overtime.
- Preparing threading reports and handling dormitory-related matters.
- Coordinating worker training such as Multiskill, Coretrade, CSOC, and OFAC.
- Booking clinic appointments for workers and assisting them with leave and medical certificate updates in the Times system.
- Supporting workers with air ticket arrangements and arrival card assistance when needed.
