Job Description

We are seeking a Production Employee to join our Production Department in Luckenwalde. In this role, you will be part of a cross-functional team where every member is trained to master the entire production cycle. Your entry point will leverage your expertise in technical plant operation and process control systems (PCS7). As part of our One-Team philosophy, you will also be trained across all production, including the pharmaceutical clean room, to ensure team flexibility.

Your Tasks:

  • System Management: Independent setup, operation, and monitoring of production systems via the process control system (e.g., PCS7) as well as directly on the plant.

  • Technical Troubleshooting: Detecting, analyzing, and rectifying faults in the ongoing production process; carrying out minor repairs and maintenance.
