Job Description
- 1 year contract (renewable/ convertible)
- Working Location: Boon Lay
- Working Hours: Mon-Fri (7.30am - 5.15pm) + Cover shift if required
- Salary range: $4000 + Completion Bonus
Job Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate manpower, materials and equipment to execute projects
- Oversee day-to-day production activities, ensuring schedules are met and identifying bottlenecks or inefficiencies
- Collaborate with Quality and Engineering teams on root cause analysis and corrective actions for production non-conformities
- Handle product acceptance with customers
- Develop and maintain documentation including risk assessment, production records and forms
- Train operators and production staff on processes, equipment usage and maintenance
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
