Responsibilities
- Support and optimise production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and output
- Identify and implement process improvements to reduce waste, downtime, and manufacturing costs
- Provide technical support to production teams and assist with troubleshooting manufacturing issues
- Monitor production performance and analyse data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations teams to ensure smooth production flow
- Assist with the introduction of new products, equipment, and manufacturing processes
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
- Ensure compliance with health & safety, quality, and operational standards
