You will lead and support engineering activities across prototype builds, mass production, and customer-related projects, manage investment and machine introduction initiatives, drive Smart Factory improvements through automation and IIoT technologies, implement Poka‑Yoke and quick change‑over solutions, and collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
