About you
- Experience in production environment and/or process development
- Experience in relevant production technologies, materials and various home furnishing products is a plus
- Engineering degree or equivalent technical background
- Understanding of customers' needs and expectations
- Good communication skills; will and ability to work in team
- Good balance between overall view and details
- Very good computer software skills (MS Office applications)
- Good knowledge and proven experience in implementation and usage of Lean/Six Sigma tools on production floor would be an additional advantage.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
