Production Engineer in AssemblyRoles and Responsibilities
1.Work Planning as per delivery schedule
2.Coordinate with fabrication department & Planning Department for job priority
3.Work allocation to multiple teams
4.Provide Drawing and Bo Mto ?tter as perpriority.
5.Pre assembly as per drawing
6.Post assembly quality check
7.Coordination with Painting Department & Quality Department
8.Daily out put planning and daily output report
9.Review the size of the team and team output .Addition of team based on number of orders on hand. Additional working hours based on deadlines
10.Skill Matrix of team members
11.Identify process improvements to increase productivity
