Job Description
Major Duties & Responsibilities:
- Production Management: Manage day-to-day production activities, ensuring that battery processing and e-waste targets are met on schedule.
- Regulatory Liaison: Assist in managing documentation and workflows related to environmental compliance and waste disposal standards.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure all activities strictly adhere to safety protocols for hazardous waste handling.
- Inventory & Reporting: Maintain accurate production logs and inventory records for environmental auditing and management reporting.
- Manpower Coordination: Lead and supervise the production team, ensuring proper training and deployment across different recycling stages.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, or Environmental), operations management or related technical discipline preferred.
