Requirements
- Agricultural qualification (advantage)
- 10 Years’ Farm management experience (needs to have been in mid-level management role already)
- Nut farm production experience
- Soil preparation, irrigation, and planting
- Fertilizing, herbicide, and pesticide management
- Chemical spray programmes knowledge
- Pruning and harvesting
- Staff management and leadership skills
- Problem‑solving and time management skills
- Knowledge of farm maintenance
- Global Gap or Siza knowledge and experience with these standards
- Computer literacy
- Valid driver’s license
